Writing about Veryl?

Everything a reporter needs on one page: boilerplate you can quote, a fact sheet with dates, the founder's bio and photo, and a person who answers on deadline.

Boilerplate

Veryl builds governance infrastructure for AI agents. Its first product, Veryl Agent Registry, gives every agent in an organization a verified identity, tests it against company policy before it can act, and records every action in an audit log that cannot be edited. Veryl was founded in 2026 by David Noltemeyer, a pharmacy and healthcare product leader, and is built for regulated industries first: pharmacy benefits, healthcare, financial services, legal, engineering, and the public sector. Veryl is on the web at veryl.ai.

Founder

David Noltemeyer

Founder and chief executive officer. David has worked in pharmacy since his first job as a pharmacy technician in high school, through pharmacy operations at CVS, pharmacy product at Walgreens, healthcare and life sciences consulting at TCS, and pharmacy product leadership at a high-growth healthcare IT company. He holds a degree in pharmaceutical and healthcare business. Veryl began when he watched coworkers in a company AI training light up about what they could build, and saw that the observability, reliability, and security that regulated work demands were missing.
